✅ Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
We accept refunds or exchanges only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or a wrong item was received

You contact us within 48 hours of delivery

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
🚫 Non-Refundable Cases
We don’t offer refunds or exchanges if:

There’s a delivery delay caused by courier partners

The product is used, washed, or returned without tags

The order was placed during a sale or discounted drop (unless damaged)
📩 How to Request a Refund/Exchange

💸 Refund Method

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method

It may take 5–7 business days after product verification

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll refund via UPI or bank transfer
🔄 Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to availability of size or design

If the item isn’t available, we’ll offer a coupon code or refund

If the issue wasn’t our fault, return shipping charges may apply
🛑 Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them

After that, the processing begins and cancellation isn’t possible
