Refund & Exchange Policy

At Do Nothing Crew, we care about your satisfaction. We aim to offer a smooth, no-drama experience with our streetwear. If something’s off, we’ve got your back — but with a few ground rules.


✅ Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

We accept refunds or exchanges only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or a wrong item was received

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging


🚫 Non-Refundable Cases

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges if:

  • There’s a delivery delay caused by courier partners

  • The product is used, washed, or returned without tags

  • The order was placed during a sale or discounted drop (unless damaged)


📩 How to Request a Refund/Exchange

Here’s how to start the process:

  1. Email us at support@donothingcrew.in within 48 hours

  2. Mention your Order ID, describe the issue, and attach clear photos

  3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days

  4. If approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps


💸 Refund Method

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method

  • It may take 5–7 business days after product verification

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll refund via UPI or bank transfer


🔄 Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of size or design

  • If the item isn’t available, we’ll offer a coupon code or refund

  • If the issue wasn’t our fault, return shipping charges may apply


🛑 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them

  • After that, the processing begins and cancellation isn’t possible
